My True Colors

Many of you probably already know them. You know, my true colors. The ones I wear all the time. Buy every single time and can´t stop. Yea I am pretty much an opened book and predictable one too.
So my todays outfit will be no surprise to you. Also I feel like my blog is turning into look how many ways I can style the same piece of clothes. The reason being is this sheer top from Primark I got a year ago for Liverpool Fashion Week. Ever since I wore it bilion times and I´m still loving it.
One of the reasons might be the fact that I got emotionally attached now. First time I wore it I was with friend of mine who is unfortunately not with us anymore (god bless her soul, my baby) . That is why a thought of not wearing it or trowing it out scares me. SO I get as much use of it as possible.
It also has sort of a pattern so I really like to mix it up with other prints and add a tiny pop of color- well as much of a pop as I can lol. So I wore my animal print flats that I still can´t say goodbye to. They are slowly falling apart and it is getting bit cold for them ,but I just can´t seem to be able to let them go.

Black jeans and leather jacket are basic pieces that no closet should be missing. That is why I think I  should invest into them a bit more next time I get them. These pieces are only from Primark. The quality is surprisingly great and prize was amazing but since I wear them on daily bases I think I really should get better quality next time.
By the way, what do you think about my fedora? I am not sure I shared this one with you before. Guess where I bought it.... Primark ahah. Of course. But I mean I don´t wear it all the time so spending 9 quid on it seemed just enough and it is sooo pretty. It is just that I see people wear hats, fedoras etc. so many ways and basically with everything, but the moment I put it on I feel like it doesn´t go with the outfit. Maybe it is my hair that there is too much going on then. I don´t know. I just need to properly get used to it I guess.
You know what thought?! There is no need for me to get used to my suede blue bag. I am obsessed. Blue is my favorite color and even though it is a dark bag it does bring a bit of interest and color to the overall looks.
Oh I just love layering. It wasn´t cold enough for my faux fur scarf but trust me if it was I´d be rockin it ahaha. I think this outfit is so simple, casual but somewhat chic. I mean you can´t ever really go wrong with something like this, can you?

What about you? What are your pride possessions? Is there something you can´t stop wearing or any color you find yourself wear all the time?
Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest

Style Crush : WishWishWish

I am reading a lot of blogs! That is pretty usual statement. I am sure I wrote it million times before. But there are only a few blogs I keep going back to. Only a few ladies I kept keeping up with as I was growing up and getting older. Or as I was becoming a woman like them, I may say.
One of them is actually my style crush. Big one! Carrie from Wish Wish Wish!

First thing I loved about her and her style back in a day was that retro feel. She would dress up in 50´s or 70´s style. Wear amazing vintage pieces. Hair Ups, crazy original shoes... Really unique in the world of blogging. Lately she has been changing slightly but she sure kept that little something of hers that still makes her stick outside the crowd.

Is it only me or do you also see those similarities in our style, ahha. Yeah I do get inspired by Carrie but hey, this is a post about my style crush after all.
And did I mention her perfect eyeliner? After a while of studying her make-up looks I decided to master my eyeliner and to be honest I think I´m doing pretty good now ahah.

Did you notice them kitty flats?! Remember the once I used to have? Yea, you guest it, this is where my love for them came from. No don´t get me wrong, I wasn´t copying or anything, it is just that I found a few bloggers or celebrities whose style I like and redid it to fit me, my lifestyle and figure. That is how you can find your own style after all.
Oh and it might seem from photos I have chosen -all of them are from Carries blog- that she only wears neutrals. Not true! She knows how to do color-unlike me. I guess it is time to get inspired from her more colorful looks then.
What do you think about Carrie? Have you ever read her blog? If not, what are you waiting for? It really is worth checking. Plus she will give you the biggest urge to travel! Trust me. It is kinda dangerous ahah.

Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest.

I should not be allowed to write

That crisp air that makes your nose go red but doesn´t annoy you yet. Getting a hot chocolate at a cafe to take away, cause it is nice enough for you to walk around, but that warm drink does sort of help you out.
Wrapping your neck into a scarf and getting those sweaters out from the back of your closet. All that has happened in last few days. I was even being terrorized by loud families in stores trying to find Halloween costumes for their little ones. Or big ones. Either way you feel something in the air. It is that feeling I have mentioned in one of my previous posts.
Something is changing. For most people it is start of something new. Not just a start of new wardrobe. Cause we all now that no matter how much we shop each season, whenever next one comes along we go and buy completely new closet.
Oh and don´t even let me talk about them socks ahah. I actually had to start wearing them. And not just them little ones you wear in flats. Proper socks! I might be getting a bit dramatic but I am sure you know what I mean.
I think I shouldn´t even be allowed to talk or write about fall anymore. But I am so excited about it every year! Can´t help myself! I even have artists I listen to mainly in fall, movies I love to watch especially at this time and it isn´t just Hocus Pocus! And obviously I have fashion trends and combinations that are my MUST at this transitional time.
Burgundy! Tartan! Junky knit! Beanies! Scarfs! Dark Lips! All of them is coming after me now. How am I supposed to stay calm and stop freaking about it! There is so much I can finally do and wear. I can even wear my fedora now without getting them sweat streams running down my forehead ahah.
On another note. All the photos in this post had been shot last weekend when I went for a traditional Sunday walk with my dad. I feel like most of my outdoor photos are from these walks! Oh, well! I thought of an idea the other day after I found some galleries in Liverpool that I haven´t been to yet. I decided to take my dad into every single one of them in next couple of weeks. Why not! We both love art, history and walks. So we wandered round certain part of Liverpool- Aighburth and Sefton park area, we fantasized about living in one of those huge classic British houses that probably belonged to some Sir or Lord back in a day. And somehow we found our way into Sudley House. It is a gallery with pieces by George Holt, J.M.W. Turner, Joshua Raynolds and few more. As I mentioned we love art and history so this was a great change of our usual program of wandering in city center and in stores.

I would definitely recommend visiting Sudley house. Even if you have kids or dogs. The place is super family friendly. No strict rules, you can feel free to touch furniture that is displayed, entry is free, there is a field and gardens all around for your kids to run around, dogs allowed as long as they are on the leash, cafe downstairs has amazing freshly grounded coffee....

As far as my outfit goes - I usually make these posts from weekends into sort of OOTD but often forget to mention what I´m wearing, so- I want for casual, comfy and fall appropriate outfit. My Primark black jeans became a must in my closet, they are high wasted so I can freely wear shorter shirt or sweaters without being scared of muffin top. Trainers are also Primark purchase as well as my favorite scarf. I got my tartan love last year for 6 quid and I couldn´t choose any better scarf. It has two different patterns and keeps you extra warm. Burgundy see through button up is from KIK probably two years ago. I have always loved this one. There are sooo many ways I can style it. #obsessed ahah. I did wear black tank top underneath just for extra protection from that crispy air I have mentioned. This sweater you had a chance to see few times already is from C&A. My mom and sister got it for me as a gift and it only shows how well they now me. I wear it at least every other day now. And this bag became my go to! Best Second hand purchase after my denim jacket. Real leather cross body bag is from British Heart Foundation charity store. I payed 5quid which is bargain for such quality, versatile and classy piece.

What have you been up to lately? I know that you either love or hate fall! It is the same with tartan, leather... So do let me know in the comments bellow what are your thoughts! Maybe I´ll change your mind ;)
Thanks for reading! I really appreciate every single one of you, that read my blog. Either you are a new visitor or you are my loyal one. This might be my "little" hobby that I have for almost 6 years now, but I really can´t imagine not writing for yous anymore. So thank you.
Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest.

Red, Classy and on fire

I am trying to change my style into more feminine, edgy but classy looking one. If it is working or not is a topic for another time. All I wanted to say is that I am trying. "Why?" you may ask. Well I think it is about time. I am growing up. I am getting older every day. I´m trying to represent myself as best as I can. So, there is the answer.
Plus part of me growing up and getting older is- me needing a little help for my eyes. Maybe you´ve noticed but I have never been too keen on red. The color! For some reason it changed. I have mentioned in my previous post that I like burgundy. But not red. I think the fact I have almost red hair- it is actually omber of multiple copper shades- I changed my mind. AND when I tried on my sisters old frames I looked pretty damn good ahaha. I am trying to be honest, okay?! That is how I started being okay with, RED! Plus I felt pretty classy the other day with my classy, make-up on point, pretty curly hair, white sweater and gold necklace.... Well, I just had to do a little photoshoot. I actually just wanted to share these photos on here so you guys can tell me your opinion. Do you think I suit it?! Is red my color? Is this classy look more of my thing?!
Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest.

We all have that kitty inside us

Yes! I am doing this again. Since Halloween is round the corner and we all know that somewhere deep inside even those most conservative people what to dress up once in a while I thought I´ll share with you one of the easiest looks you could go for. It is pretty much a cliche by now and I have done a cat look a year ago as well, but hey! There are so many options really! And since I mentioned those conservative types - this look would be great for those too. It looks like a classic make-up with just few specific touches that remind of this cute little pet.

Am I obsessed or just Weird

We make wishes every day. We shop all the time. It is just the way we are. And often we combine those two. Especially us women. We wish for clothes and other things we´d like to buy. But do we end up buying them? Well let´s see how far I´ll be able to go with my current wishlist.

This time it isn´t just any list. I did find a lot of bloody expensive and real high end pieces that I can´t get my mind off of. These are just a few of them. Starting from the top. Black lacy jumpsuit and junky sweater are both from StyleMoi and are just under $30. I would actually love to combine these two pieces. the laced part would be just a tiny surprise for anyone who´d get a chance to see it or my own little secret nicely covered by that knit.
I am big on clutches and mixing of textures. No surprise that this one from Lulus got my full attention. This style is actually everywhere at the moment. I think I have seen it over at H&M the other day too. Even though this piece isn´t that expensive I know I can diy it so I´ll might end up doing so at the end. End them shoes! Junky heel, blue velvet, flower, .. hmm. Sounds like heaven doesn´t it. Well it is pretty expensive heaven by Laurence Dacade but I´m sure they´ll be mine one day. In the future. Pretty far future. But it will happen ahaah.
Staying at the shoes department. I have always loved adidas as a brand and I remember wanting this classic original style of sneakers since I was probably 12. Had a lot of dupes and copies ever since but I decided that next time I wear THIS style it be real. And I think it is obvious by now that I have a thing for red/burgundy lately. As fall gets on it is all I want to accessories my outfits with. Of course these heels by Aquazzura would not keep my feet warm. NOT AT ALL, but they´d be so worth it!
Talking bout burgundy! I love over-sized anything lately! I mean COMFORT! ahah. So no wonder I have loads of big sweaters already and I am craving more. I even love to wear them as dresses with non see through tights and possibly some boots or sneakers. And this red sweater would be perfect for that. Oh and there wouldn´t be any better choice of outwear to put over the sweater then this beautiful and so cosy looking coat . They are both from H&M so I know that the quality is amazing for sure!
Since I mentioned quality and outwear... Isn´t this coat from Lulus to die for?! Would keep you warm and stylish at any time. I had actually tried a lot of coats of this style by now but still didn´t find THE ONE! I better hurry otherwise I´d be wearing it from February ahah.
And okay this blue beeeautiful skirt would not keep me too warm but I´d sure look stylish. But seriously isn´t it amazing?! I found it over on Lulus and had to put it here.
Back to burgundy and more expensive stuff. Them shoes by Fendi are the cutest and weirdest thing at the same time I have seen in a while. Love slip on-s! They are my life. I did want some crazy once so I guess these are perf for me, aren´t they?! And let´s have a moment of silence for Emilio Pucci please! This genius made THE hat I need! Like I need it now! Great color for fall, perfect detail, shape and size are all i could ask for and THE material! Yaasss ahahah
Everyone should have a little black skirt in their wardrobe. It is such a versatile piece but isn´t as boring and traditional as LBDs we all know about. I also believe that sparkle/sequin/glitter are must for every womens closet. And when you can combine it into ONE! Oh me, oh my! Vero Moda did it right and made this wrap around beauty. Please somebody! Early Christmas present?! ;) Or let´s keep it casual and comfy, as I do lately and feel free to buy me these OnPlina sweats. I am a big fan of people who are embracing wearing joggers styled up and hitting town or shops. I am actually becoming one of them and I sure need a bigger collection of representative sweats.

Anyways, what are your current must haves and things your heart is going to die for?! Let me know. Maybe you´ll get me obsessed.
Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest.

Fairs and Blues

Hi babes! I don´t know how about you, but I love traveling. That type where you go from home #2 to your home #1 otherwise known as your hometown - well, that is simply the best. It is also the kind of traveling I have done a week ago and since then I had a blast. Spent loads of time with friend, mom, sister....
We also had some lovely jubely  Fairs that are a huge tradition here in south of Slovakia. Food was everywhere, drinks were being both every second, kids screaming on them crazy rides and balloons were sadly flying away from crying babes. Typical week, ain´t?!

Obviously I had my camera with me. I did some shots. And I´ll sure show them to you now.

Outfit detail: Skirt, Jacket and tights are from Primark, as well as faux fur stole, bag is from Storm, Shirt Esmara and shoes are my clasy ShoeZone ones.
Those are just a few shots that I have done. Are you a fan of these sort of festivities in your town?!
Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest

Falling for Fall

Days seem to be shorter, twinkle lights are more and more appropriate, my love for coffee and tea grows, all the shows are back on TV, and school days are busy a.f. Not to mention those beautiful leaves I keep kicking around whilst on long, relaxing and already bit chilly walk. That is what I love about fall. Well in a shortcut.

Fall has always been my favorite time of the year. YES, Christmas is the best and most wonderful, but from September to November so many things change. Everything gets cozier. To be it means a start of something new. Plus the excitement for Christmas season makes me a tiny bit happy every day.
As I said everything starts changing the moment fall comes. Seems like my style changed as well. I like to wear a bit darker clothes lately and I also like to add some edge to my everyday looks. Plus now that I have this ginger or copper tone of my hair, I feel like me and fall- well, we are meant to be , right?! ahah
I also started reading a lot more. Don´t know why but I couldn´t seem to be able to find time to do so till now. Recently I made myself read more. I love how calmed down I feel the moment I am in one with characters from my books.
How do you feel about fall? What do you like the most about it? Let me know ladies and gents. I love reading your thoughts and comments on these cold evenings whilst sipping my tea and baking cookies ahah. I´ll leave a link bellow for my social medias so we can keep it touch.
Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest.
