Wa Wa Wow

I am becoming a sucker for online shopping. It is hella risky, especially being a plus size girlie, but there sure is something to it. As I am busy with work, traveling, taking care of house etc, this is obviously much easier then going out and bumping into people or waiting in lines. Plus , now that all social media advertises all different shops and apps, it is basically impossible to not get lost in the world of online shopping spree. And so I found this RUE.
What a beauty. I am so obsessed. My shopping cart can' t possibly get any fuller. I am actually scared of ordering something as it might cause an obsession. My bank account would not appreciate that.
But I do feel the need to share my biggest loves with you. Oh and no this is in no way sponsored or anything. I just really like do like their pieces.

Never enough of Opium

What a coincidence. You ask 'Santa' for a perfume and before you know it, you got three. Exactly same once haha. This became our little tradition. Every Christmas all family members get a nice perfume. For last few years i have been obsessed with Chloe. Last year I added a Burberry into my collection. This time around I added Yves Saint Laurent. Black Opium to be exact. I have tried Opium by YSL previously and loved it. I switched it up now and parents surprised. Even each other. So now I have a nice full collection and lots of options. Cheers.

This makes me feel like a child

Every year it comes down to this day. Christmas Eve. The only day, when I feel like that little excited girl, waiting for diner and presents. The moment I sit down by the tree I feel that same De Ja Vu of all the previous times, I have been at the same spot and all lovely memories, which tie to it. Obviously older I get I have slightly new meaning to this.
As of this year, the presents, had least value to me. I mean I got some and they were all absolutely awesome. Couldn´t be any more grateful. But that wasn´t what I was looking forward to. I wanted to see smile on my families faces. Happines thanks to gifts I gave them and thought I have put into them. Being together- just the four of us, possibly for the last time. From now on things will probably change. Me and my sister, we grow and bring more members to our family now. So it will never be the same. I really wanted to feel this so familiar moment and cherish it.

Tone in Tone

There is such a large scale of colors and shades and tones in the world. One might find it difficult to combine pieces of clothes together. I mean it is a simple task, yet there are few little tricks to master it. As it is winter time, my favorite thing is to layer up. That way you are ready for any occassion a day may bring. Keeping it tone in tone and only adding little touches of other complimentary color is safest thing possible.
Here let me show you loves...

Here is grey scale where I also put together materials. Jersey and fluff, sued and leather. Why not. Perfect for comfy and super stylish girl.

A little retro black number. As these jeans have crazy great design including color, you can use that as its complimentary color and accessorize. Have fun with the little things.

Blue is my favorite color so why not go full on with it ay? Yet again mixing different materials is a key to keep the look interesting . Add few golds or silvers and you really are giving a story of a stylish woman.

How do you make your daily styling easier?
Let me know. Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fulest

Listen to me!

My music taste is jut like a woman's mind. It simply can' t make up it' s mind. It likes this, it likes that and some days it doesn' t have a clue what it wants. It only knows what it doesn' t want. See... just like our brain. And that ladies and gents creates an incredible mixture of songs and genres in my playlist. At first I felt like there is something not alright with me. But now I am actually glad. I can' t imagine listening to the same genre, band or voice on repeat. I need a change. I like a good mix and switching it up a little.

There are songs perfect for walks or runs. They take you somewhere else. Give you that feeling like you are in a music video and every word of the song suddenly gets a brand new meaning for you. That is a good talent on musicians side. But I do want to just get my groove on sometimes and honestly not having to care about songs lyrics, just rhythm. So here is my mix you can hear in my current playlist...

IAMDDB - Shade

Ta'Shan - Litty Litty
Alexandra Stan & Inna - We Wanna
Jessi J - Not my ex
Noah Cyrus - Again

Camila Cabello - Crying in the club
Tom Walker - Heartland
Post Malone - Rockstar
Imagine Dragons - Whatever it Takes

Miley Cyrus - Younger Now
Jason Derulo - If I'm LuckyWrench 32 - Don' t Go
Robin Thicke - Lost Without You

What are your favorite picks? Do you like any of mine or what are your opinions on it?
Let me know.

Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest

Fake it Till you Make it

Sometime I get this stupid feeling to go on ebay and go nuts. Buy things I obviously do not need or am unsure of. Like the other day. Why did I think that a fake little Vuitton bag is good idea? I really don' t know. As I was waiting for it to arrive I realized it might look crazy bad and cheap. Yet had little hope.
And it turned out to be super cute little accessory. I am so glad bout my crazy ebay shopping. I  nail it right every time haha.
I seemed to have created this little comfort outfit uniform where I go very monochromatic and add little cute accessories to bring in the style. I found myself go after this exact same outfit on multiple occasions. Comfortable, simple and classssssy. Just like me.

See the cute bag?! Its so lovely. SO cute. Cute! Did I mention its cute?!

Jeans NEW LOOK, shoes DEICHMANN, shirt FOREVER21, sweater PRIMARK, scarf H&M, sunglasses FOREVER 21

What are your crazy shopping spree websites? Are you just as addicted as me? Any comfy outfit combinations you can' t live without?

Until next time,
Keep safe and live your life to the fullest

Q&A get to know DeniVev

One thing I love the most about writing a blog is seeing our little family grow. Three years ago we turned into huge group and I have never been prouder of any of my other projects. Since then I knew every member of the fam kept coming back and showing love and support I appreciate. These days we still grow and I constantly get surprised by how many people are still interested in reading my rants. And as I am sure many of you have no clue how it all started and who I actually am, i will sum it up for you today and I'll answer few questions people asked me in order to get to know me. If you would like consider this as getting to know your new friend.

It all started in 2010. Back when there were only few ladies known for writing about fashion and noone knew that blogging can be actual career. Sweet Lady Lollipop was still just high school student like me, A cup of Style was all about Lucy and Chiara Ferragni was a solo and one lady blog and not a world known brand. Few years later there thousands maybe milions of girls and boys trying to make it and fight for readers. I loved fashion. Reading fashion magazines was my religion. If I could I would switch it for Sunday church my mum used to take me to. As I always wanted to get into fashion industry either as designer or journalist I figured a blog would be great idea to get this love out my system. As my friends neither sister shared same obsession I figured maybe someone on internet will. So DeniVev was born.

Back when this was best quality and selfie I could take-using my phone- I shared articles from fashion magazines, my outfit ideas put together on polyvore.com or my very very sad and too casual outfits. -my mom used to shop for me so I dressed like a 40 year old with no sense of what figure and right fit means. Later on I grew, my english got much better -which I do believe the blog helped me with as I kept trying to write everything here in english- fashion still nothing famous and I was still in high school. My theme grew from fashion into fashion and lifestyle. You could read bout music, traveling, life, boys, friendships, recipes and places I recommended to see.

It was all getting nice form and shape considering I was barely 17. By 18 I had high number of readers which kept me motivated. I never wanted to become famous or do this as full time job. I do have too many hobbys -including my current job- to settle for just writing haha. I did actually create a YouTube channel which got attention of people round world. Before I knew it I made internet friends in England, Ireland, Canada, France, Texas, Nashville, Spain etc. Felt like I had little online family.
As I turned 18 I moved to England. I never been happier and prouder of my blog. All of my friends in Liverpool were bloggers and I had a chance to attend events I never thought of. Then life happened. Jobs and college. Turn of career and here I am. Hairstylist, writer, blogger, amateur photographer, hobby model, music and travel enthusiast.
7 years later and still going strong and loving my tiny little space where I share rants on anything a modern woman can be interested in. Plus I do have a lot of plans I know you all will be interested about.
That pretty nicely answers question: How did you even get into blogging?

Another thing I get asked a lot would be:
Who helped you to create the visual of the blog?
Noone. Everything you ever saw (except for few photos my friends took for me) was my work. I spent hours and hours browsing help server and pages to self learn how to deal with my platform. How to make it look as good as possible. I have gone through all pink stage too. Whole blog was this deep dark pink shade with borocco feel, then very scrapbook looking and only then I realized I wanted simplicity and WHITE. There has been a lot of tries and errors for sure.
I even got to help two new starters with their platforms. One on the girls has sadly given up quicker then she got anywhere. Kami from Her Way is still going though!

And onto more of your questions:

How did you cope with big move to foreign country?
Hard! It was hard! I know I was dead excited and saw a lot of opportunities that were ahead. I dreamed of life in England since I was like 9. Think Jamie Oliver and Harry Potter got too into my brain. I remember my first night here though. Reality hit me pretty hard. I landed bout 4 p.m. at John Lennon Airport and by 6 I was standing in the shower with tears coming down my face, thinking what the hell have I just done? Left all my friends, mum, sister, the school I was gonna go to and everything I have known for 18 years . And now I don' t really have a plan for future, no idea where I actually am or what I am going to do to survive. As you can tell I am still alive and happier then ever. Things turned out perfectly. Am in full time job doing something that has been my hobby from nursery. Live in cute flat with the guy I 'kind of really like' and friends who I am super proud of for being themselves and conquering the world.

What are your favorite places in Liverpool?
There is many! And they all have their reasons. For day time definitely visit Leaf on Bold street, Evening time Matou in Pier Head or Cosy Club in L1. In case you feel like staying outside and breathing fresh air, water is real close to my heart. Crosby beach and its neighborhood give me amazing piece. It feels like I am a girl in those old Rosamunde Pilcher movies. But the other side of city has something in store too. Otterspool. Beautiful greenery, lots of people and water. Plus a big sentimental feeling.

Favorite place IN THE WORLD you been?
Well, as much as I loved all the places I traveled to so far. Two stayed deep in my heart. Real deep. So deep I think of spending my pension there one day haha. Sorento and Capri in Italy. Love. I don' t even know what to say about them or how to explain them to you. Its two of the most chilled and stunning places. Just love.

How the hell did you get into hairdressing?!

Okay, so I did mention I wanted to write and be in the fashion. As these options didn' t seem to work out for me as I planned or would be too expensive , plan B had to be placed. Had to think of something I always loved and could bring me closer to fashion. HAIR! I always did mine and my friends hair. I have been the one for prom hair, braids, colors and first ombres. That meant college was needed to be done and I did apply. I learned so much. I got so hungry for skill and information, I been at college more hours a day and week then home. My own day time classes, I added some evening classes my amazing teacher allowed me to go to and we were lucky enough to have competitions and more. Between two levels I worked in barber shop which sure gave me a lot more skill. Just hungry, hungry and hungry. Thanks to that I got to full time job before I even finished my qualification.. Go me haha

What are the plans for your near future? 5 years or so.
First thing first, I wish to change my location. South on England better get ready for me haha. In 5 years I sure aim to get more salon experience, work with industry greatness and slowly open my business. My more private plans will stay private for now. x

Those would be all questions for now. I did get few suggestions on what to talk about, but these were few actual questions that help to see who I am, where I am and how I got here.
Hope you enjoyed reading through and I' ll talk to you soon again.
Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest

This was my break. Little time away from big city, work, life and cold weather. Instead I spent time in warm little town with family, enjoyed food and drinks in traditional town festival etc. Nice, cosy and very tumblr-perfect few days.
I used few days off to also re-design the blog a little. Do you like it? I hope you do! Took me a while haha.
Anyways, all I wanted was to bring a bit of autumn to our little space here and show you how nice my hometown is. Especially through this gorgeous season. Many people despise it. Think its cold, rainy etc. For me it means night comes quicker. I can come home from the street full of warm leaves, unwrap my warm scarf and take sweater off. Light up some spice scented candles and put Gilmore girl' s on. Love it.  You get me.
This felt way too early for me to be up. Wore real comfy clothes. And as many of us do I went for bulkiest pieces to save room in suitcase. Jacket and dress ZARA, tights and sneakers PRIMARK. Love.

I realized how much I really love flying. Seeing everything from up there is amazing. Liverpool seems so tiny too.
I was real pleasantly surprised the second we landed. Already in Budapest I felt the sun heating up my body. So much more energy in me, I' m tellin ya.

I was so tempted to get one of these gorgeous balloons. Loved them since the they I first saw them haha.

Of course I had to pamper myself a little. Give myself little down time and chill. Had hairdressers appointment to freshen up a little. Felt so good not being the down standing for once haha.
As per usual festival and fairs was crazy busy and full of hungry people haha. Lines for days but was worth the wait. This grilled cheese for example... I waited the line about 5 times and still want more as I am writing about it.

I always have trouble packing somewhere. Making sure I take right amount of clothes for right weather. Trying to be prepared for anything. Whole week before my flight I have been told it real cold in my hometown. But as soon as I get there, feels like summer came back. Was NOT ready for that haha. Happy my sister was willing to hook me up.
And this was my everyday view. My favorite coffee spot. Makes you feel so nice, going back there, seeing the same people, owners make you feel right at home and coffee is real quality. Also views of those autumnal trees are perfect.

Have you been anywhere nice last couple of weeks? What does autumn look like at your hometown? Are you also obsessed with everything pumpkin spice etc related?

Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest.

Beauty Loves

I guess 21 is the age I should really start taking care of myself. Moisturizing every inch of my body with something especially suitable and look less like an un-dead then I did till now. This obviously makes me research drugstores more and spend more money etc. Wait, wait I didn't want to make this into something negative. I actually want to share some of my favorite finds with you. Things I tried recently and already totally love. I havent done something similar for  a while so I have new fresh finds! Exciting init haha.

As you get older you realize that moisturizing your mums told you about makes sense and is really a good thing. My problem is that I never found a suitable cream that work all over my body and wont leave me sticky. Till now. Home & Bargain has this piece in stock. A Dry Oil Body Spray. Ah-Mazing! Dries almost immediately and leaves skin not only moisturized and soft but shiny! Like what?! I use it as highlighter for night out now haha.

Now not everyone likes to use same kind of product for eyebrows. I myself had been strictly a pencil user no matter what else I tried. Nothing would suit my needs and way I wanted it to look. Oh and the shade! But I had this one recommended by friend and her daughter who are both make-up obsessed. Which in my head meant it MUST be great. So I went in, bought it and Oh My! Yas!

It is getting So cold, So quick! Right?! My lips are my fav feature on myself so you bet I take extra care of them. This is my love. Very seasonal too! Oh and it actually has nice nude pigment in so no need to worry bout - what lipstick you should go for.

I love having that wow factor. You know when you walk into the room or past someone and they immediately look at you. When they know you are there and you are something amazing! Yeah! And this perfume gives me that. As you can tell I am down to last drops and am actually devastated. This one actually makes a statement. Makes you sexy and powerful. Yet approachable haha.

Pink, red and orange shades were IT for a decent time now. I can' t stop working on fav combinations and keep buying more and more to try. This one is absolute bomb. Very affordable and pigmented. Just GAW-JES.

Insta Insprirations for days

I am well more then a daily instagram user. In another words, my face is glued to this app. Like a lot. Too much actually. And my following accounts are usually anywhere between 250 to 450 so there is loads to get inspired from. Yet I still manage to find only those few I feel for a little more every now and again.
These are my picks this week.
Alanna is beautiful mixed lady, model, mum, wife and little hair genius too. If you arent too into her outfits (which sounds like non sense to me) you will sure enjoy her little hair tutorial vids.

Caitlin is truly amazing hairstylist. Her colors are to die for. Like seriously the skill! If you are from our porfession or just love to see those stunning creations make sure too check her out.

Luiz. What a talent. I get real jelous seeing the gold he comes up with. Either creates double exposure or makes me feel super warm and cosy with every shot he makes.

Oh Karolina! Killin me! Georgeous lady, nice style and trust me, if you are unsure on next makeup looks- check her out!

What are your fave accounts these days?!
Let me know.

Beauty from koko

My NEW favorite baby! I don' t think I need to mention that bags are life! I love them more and more everyday and older I get. I keep realizing how well they can effect your whole look and even star conversations. That is why I have so many of them to the point where it is becoming a problem.
Recently I tried starting off a collection to keep for as long as the straps don' t fall off. Pieces classy and timeless and then a few out there to give me Carrie Bradshaw uniqueness every now and again.

This is one of the pieces I really wanted. Like I wouldn' t even care about the price. Maybe not totally not care but you know. Haha. This gorgeous piece is from KOKO in St.Johns Liverpool. Only 20 pounds too! How amazing is that?! The color is so unusual yet super easy to combine with my wardrobe. Goes with the whole color scheme and basically any occasion.

I mean just look at it! This bag is beauty. I will make sure to share outfits featuring her soon so keep an eye out.

Until next time, keep safe and live your life to the fullest
