Am I too old ?!

I love cooking, baking and anything to do in the kitchen. And having a great book to cook from is the best feeling I have. Sometimes I get more excited about new cook book then about a new pair of shoes. Which is A LOT. Today I got a new one for a collection. And I actually started making MY OWN collection of cook books. Not my mothers or our family books. MINE. That is so exciting! ahah. Does it mean that I am getting real old or is that just that I love food and making it?! I don´t know, but I thought that in case there are some of you as obsessed as I am I will make a post showing my fav cook books and sharing some of my fav chefs, food vloggers and food bloggers (since I am one of them ).

Walk down the memory lane

Having troubles is something we all go through. Obviously. What is life without a few problems and complications. Well lately I have been having troubles with writing my blog posts. I have finally made a design and style for my blog that I am happy with (we´ll see how long that will last since we all know that I get bored of everything real quick) and I wanted to go full power with my posts and suddenly, I don´t know what to write about.

The outside is important too

Yes, I think that the outside matters as well. And no, I am not talking about someone´s character. I am talking about clothing and outfits. 

When I was younger I considered coats and jackets as a necessary at cold/winter months and I wore them just so I don´t freeze. But now that I am older I know that they can be statement or main piece of your outfit and they can also change or complete the look. I also became kind of obsessed with them and I have to keep reminding myself whilst wandering around store that I ain´t have enough space in my closet to get all the coats I like. If I didn´t do so I´d have to move my bed out to the street and sleep there so I have the storage I need.

There is nothing better then realizing that you are on YouTube for EXACTLY a year. 

Well yeah I was on youtube for years now but as I explained on my channel in many videos before I have always canceled my channels and deleted all the videos but this time I haven´t. I decided to celebrate my YouTube birthday on a day when my first video that you can find on my channel was uploaded and I totally forgot that 5 of December is the day. 

Well ... I can´t explain how I really feel. I can only say that this year was super fun, full of changes and I am really happy that my videos were kind of mapping that time of my life when I went through the biggest life changes and I have it all on my channel.

The weather outside is frightful.... Or not. And that is actually making me sad. In case you have seen my Vlogmas day 1 I said there that I want to freeze now that it is December. But I am not. I am actually a bit warmer these days then I was for last few days of November. Which means that I still get to wear skirts and dresses without getting my butt freezed.

Aloft Hotel Launch Party

Last night I had a chance to go for a Aloft Hotel Launch event with Frances  and we had the best time. It was a night full of music, free drinks, stylish people and fun. Oh and photo booth sessions. 

This party was kind of a last minute event in my schedule since Frances texted me like four hours before the party started and we had no idea if we should go or not. But then I though "Hm, music! I love music! I should try it.". And so we went and we were really glad we did. No really! We were SUPER glad we did!

First of all, as we got in my mind was blown away by the combination of old architecture and modern touches. Plus all those party lights made the building look absolutely amazing.
